Responsibilities:

  • under Marketing Manager’s supervision, contact and handle corporate membership accounts
  • responsible for membership enrollment and data base system
  • assist organizing newsletter design and content
  • assist Marketing Manager on other marketing tasks and clerical duties

Requirements:

  • qualification in Business / Marketing / Management / Healthcare related fields
  • at least 3 years working experience in service industry, preference will be given to the applicant who has sales experience
  • excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skill, with good telephone manner
  • good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • good knowledge in computer operation

职责:

  • 于市场部经理之指导下,处理公司会员户口
  • 负责会员申请及更进会员资料
  • 协助制定毎期会讯之设计及内容
  • 协助市场部经理进行推广活动及文书工作

要求:

  • 大专或以上商务 / 市场学 / 管理 / 医疗护理等相关学科
  • 拥有3年或以上的市场管理经験于服务行业,如应征者拥有销售经验者更为合适
  • 具备优良的表达能力、人际沟通技巧及接听电话态度

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business / Marketing / Management / Healthcare or related fields
  • At least 8 years of supervisory or managerial experience in sales industry. Preferred areas such as insurance, club membership, pharmaceutical, healthcare, women or beauty or baby products
  • Able to supervise a strong sales team
  • Need to meet sales target
  • Excellent marketing sense and negotiation skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skill.
  • Outgoing and presentable
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Basic computer skills; good communication via emails
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate business development proposal
  • Serve as key coordinator between Hong Kong head office and Hospital Senior Management in China

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration / Legal / Hospital Management or related field
  • At least 10 years of working experience, preference will be given to person who has exposure in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Native language in Putonghua is required
  • Fair command of spoken and written English
  • Independently draft formal and official Chinese correspondences
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills
  • Possess strong analytical thinking; with problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Frequent business travel in PRC is required. As needed, also business travel to Hong Kong head office
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Customer Service Representative(s) 客户服务代表

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, answer enquires and handle complaints.
  • Prepare daily and weekly routine reports to Head Office.

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least 1 -2 years customer service experience, preference will be given to person who has worked in the healthcare or hotel industry.
  • Basic computer skills essential, including excel data input.
