Specialty Hospital refers to a chain of medium-size hospitals in the PRC providing specialty healthcare services primarily for women and children. For the coming years, CHCC targets to acquire approximately 15 hospitals, each having 30 to 40 beds in size, and convert them into specialty hospitals wit outpatient services, inpatient services and minor surgery services. Serives will principally be in the following categories: obstetrics, gynecology, infertility, pediatrics, urology, and physical rehab.
