Doctor Xiu-sheng Cheng has over 26 years of China healthcare experiences in clinical medicine, healthcare administration and management for various hospitals, health bureau administrative organizations and medical foundations. He was also one of the Founders of International Medical Network Center (IMNC) of the China Medical Foundation. Prior to his current position, Doctor Cheng was the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Distance Learning Medical Network Co., Ltd., and the Information Center of Shanghai Health Bureau. Prior to 2003, he was the Executive Vice Secretary-General of IMNC. Doctor Cheng was the Vice President of American Brother Industrial Co., Ltd. and concurrent board member and Vice President of Shanghai Huawang Technic & Trade Co., Ltd. In the early 1990s, he undertook the positions of Doctor-in-charge and Deputy Director in Health Bureau administrative organizations and Class3A hospitals.
Doctor Cheng graduated from the top Fudan University in Shanghai with a Bachelor degree of Social Medicine and Healthcare Administration and a MBA degree of Healthcare Economics. He was awarded a scholarship by the Chinese Medical Association in USA.

Dr. Lee has 20+ years of experience working in the various sectors of the Healthcare industry in the U.S.A and PRC. Dr. Lee's M&A experiences started with a LBO of an U.S. single specialty group practice and strategic vertical integration with hospital system to form Integrated Delivery System Primary Care Network. Dr. Lee is also experienced in small hospital start-up thru his tenure as the Chief Operating Officer for University Hospital in Macao whereby he commissioned the Western medicine division. Dr. Lee is further experienced in training international physician to American standard of care thru his tenure as the Director of accredited residency training program in Chicago.
Before joining UPMG, he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of American-Sino Internationalization Consulting and Managing, Ltd, a PRC WOFE. He also served as Medical Director of Huashan Hospital American-Sino OB/GYN Services (ASOG) in Shanghai and Senior Management Consultant for ASOG in Beijing. Prior to moving to China, he was the Regional Care Management Medical Director for United Health Group, the largest USA health insurance company. He had also served as the Board of Managers for Northern Ohio Alliance for Health, Ltd, an eleven hospitals coalition, to provide managed care leadership.
Dr. Lee is board certified in Family Medicine, Medical Administration and Managed Care in the United States. Dr. Lee obtained his medical degree from Medical University of Ohio and his dual Master degrees in business administration and public health from University of South Florida.

Faith Lam, CPA – Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Accounting & Procurement

Mr. Lam has over 18 years in corporate finance and auditing experiences. He served as an auditor with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, one of top four auditing firms, in Hong Kong in the early 90’s. While serving as an auditor, Mr. Lam dealt with a board spectrum of clients in various industries including telecommunication, airline, truck manufacturing and the rail industry. Immediately prior to joining our group, Mr. Lam was the Financial Controller of Hycomm Wireless Ltd, a public listed company on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Mr. Lam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (CA). Mr. Lam is a graduate of Hong Kong Shue Yan University majoring in Accounting.

Daisy Sin -- Group Vice President, VIP Maternity & GYN Center

Ms. Daisy Sin has over 12 years experience in private healthcare organizations in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Ms Sin joined UPMG in 2003 and was the founder of the VIP Maternity & GYN Centers in the main cities of China at Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuxi, Foshan, Changsha, Xiamen and Hangzhou. She supervises the project team for overall administration and operation of all VIP Maternity & GYN Centers.
In September 2006, she was seconded by the group to University Hospital, Macau as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer responsible for the Hospital’s facilities setup, service and product development, day-to-day operation, marketing and corporate client services development.
Before she joined UPMG, she was the Administration Manager of Quality HealthCare Asia Ltd., (the first listed healthcare company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with 30 medical centers and 400 affiliate clinics) in which she was responsible for the overall administration, operation and business development of the 30 medical centers.
