China Health Care Corporation (CHCC), through its China operating arm known as United Premier Medical Group (UPMG), was founded in 2001 by a group of US and China professionals with expertise in healthcare, finance and information technology. Since inception, CHCC has established a reputable chain of VIP Maternity & GYN Centers across the People's Republic of China (PRC). CHCC is positioned as the pioneer in providing premium services in the areas of hospital management, specialty-medical services and consultancy in the PRC, with the prime focus on women and children.

Success was seeded in Shanghai when the first operation of VIP Maternity & Gynecological Center ("VIP Maternity & GYN Center") was started at the International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital in October 2002, supported by the consultation services of Johns Hopkins International ("Johns Hopkins"). Johns Hopkins is a leader in patient care, medical research, teaching and training in the United States. Its hospital, Johns Hopkins Hospital, has been ranked as the Best Hospital in various areas of medicine for the past 16 years by U.S. News & World Report.

In 2006, a new page in hospital management was created by having signed a management agreement with the University Hospital at Macau University of Science and Technology. Now we are under contract to provide medical services to a number of VIP Maternity & GYN Center in the PRC and manage a private hospital in Macau.
